Luc Prokesch is born on August 10, 1944 in Geneva, town where he spent his youth. After he obtained a civil engineer diploma at the E.P.F.L. (Lausanne Federal Polytechnic School) he was hired and trained by IBM (Switzerland) at the sales department from 1970 to 1973. From 1973 to 1986 he worked for Naef & Co., one of the most important and earliest property management companies in Geneva, where he was in charge of computer science, property management, development of "Réalité", private clients and investments, especially in the United States of America. In 1986, he founded his own company, specialised in brokerage, expertise and in the exploitation and administrative management of his own property promotions. Luc Prokesch also offers his services in property management to pension funds, in particular in management control and investments selection.
